The name Sauvignon Blanc loosely translates to Wild White. A light green hue, it is crisp and vibrant on the palate with aromas of fresh herbs and citric notes of grapefruit with a hint of lime. It is a well-balanced wine with acidity and a fruity finish. This wine was fermented using three different methods — French oak, acacia wood and concrete enhancing the wine with richness of butter and minerality.
